Rowing practice equipment: tight fitting gym apparel, socks and flat sport shoes / sneakers
• Warm weather: sunglasses, hat/cap, bring lots of water and sunscreen
• Cold weather: 2 pair of socks and pogies gloves for rowing (optional)

Rowing regatta equipment

• We recommend you to purchase at least one hat and two t-shirts (one yellow and one orange)

US Rowing Insurance

Lake Houston Rowing has insurance through US Rowing and all our members have to become a US Rowing Champion Member and sign the US Rowing waiver in the first month. Please follow the instructions in our Welcome to Lake Houston Rowing email message
